Integrity, Transparency and Service

Our roots…

Growing up, Mike Scherlin had a passion for equipment. From a very young age, Mike would start operating anything he could get his hands on, from skid steers to farm tractors, his love for machinery and moving dirt never waned. His passion continued in various forms throughout his career until he recognized that he wanted to serve people the best way that he could. Through the culmination of the need to serve, a love for dirt moving and an affection of equipment, Trinity Land Services was born.

As the brickwork for Trinity Land Services was being laid, we wanted to create and build the company reflecting ideals that inspire us to be our best. Integrity, Transparency and Service to others. We at Trinity Land Services hold these values closely and display them daily to our fellow employees and the customers that we serve. With these seemingly simple ideals, we are able to apply ourselves fully to every task, every project, every day.

Why it matters…

Integrity

Noun: The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. As our team continues to grow and relationships with our customers strengthen, we want to build on a solid foundation. This requires us to be steadfast in our approach and when faced with adversity, do the right thing. Always.

Transparency

Noun: Having thoughts, feelings, or motives that are easily perceived. While we are progressing towards our goals and our customers goals, situations arise where communication is critical. We take these opportunities and come together as one team, humbly moving forward towards a goal that benefits everyone involved.

 Service

Noun: The action of helping or doing work for someone. Serving others is in our blood. Whether we are supporting a new member of our team, clearing land for a family’s new home or familiarizing trade partners with a different approach to a common problem, we pride ourselves in taking the time to help each other overcome hurdles and move forward. All the while, staying humble and serving a greater purpose.
